Very simple request: a master bedroom downstairs and a compact open plan. Voile’! The Kalnoky was born. With a nod to modern farmhouse, Barbara knew what she wanted once she saw it. It sits on the street like a prince. Later the Johnsons added a bonus room upstairs which gave it a new flow altogether.
