Nestled in the southeast hills of Salem, Fairview Addition is the heir apparent to what we started 20 years ago in Monmouth (Edwards Addition)—front porches, tree lined streets, pocket parks garages tucked to the back and urban agriculture. When we say we don't just build houses, we build homes and neighborhoods: it all starts with the concept that design makes a difference in how we know our neighbor, how to embrace the street, and who, ultimately, we are as a community.
