Phase 5 of Fairview Addition–Rock and Roll. Literally. Phase 5 streets serving 26 lots are being rocked and compacted right now. Street utilities (sewer/water /stormwater) will follow starting in early December. The phase construction is moving quickly with an expected completion date of May 1, 2024. We are currently taking reservations on the lots and home construction is slated to begin in late April of 2024. Greensuns Construction—an excellent family business out of Eugene–is performing the work.
Some interesting tidbits about Phase 5: our future amphitheater site is starting to take shape—and we are targeting a completion date as the summer of 2025. A final design is still on the drawing boards and we look forward to sharing that when we have the details solidified. Also, up until now, Leslie Wind has served as a fire lane which precludes any street parking. Once Strong Road has made a connection to the east, parking will be allowed on Leslie Wind. A nice benefit for guests and friends visiting homes nearby.
